Swiss Design Awards

Each year, the Swiss Federal Office of Culture confers the Swiss Design Awards and presents the work of the nominees in a public exhibition. For the fourth time, Holzer Kobler is staging the Swiss Design Awards and Swiss Grand Prix Design exhibitions in Basel.

Specially designed stand-up displays have been positioned across much of the surface of the new exhibition hall, Hall 3.0, which has otherwise been left in its elegant simplicity. The black-and-white displays once again came into their own as multi-functional and flexible showcases for the nominated designs. They can be used as a table, a pedestal, a hanger or a display surface, depending on the needs of the individual design and designer. Their casual layout in the hall invites guests to wander among them and discover the latest gems from the world of design.
