The additional space requirements of the Sigmund Freud Private University will be covered by the construction of a new building on a neighbouring plot. The ground-breaking ceremony is going to happen on the 18th of October 2016.

The new hostel "DOCK INN" is situated directly across from the former Neptun Shipyard Warnemünde. The sturdy materials refer to its environment. The building's exterior and interior design is the epitome of the industrial style; the shipping containers that compose the building have a significant part in its particular look. The building offers inexpensive overnight accommodation with a unique design experience and the service of a hotel.
The Hostel opened its doors in March 2017.
