Die Jury hat die 50 aussichtsreichsten Kandidat*innen für die Swiss Arc Awards 2024 nominiert und unser Erlebnis-Hus in St.-Peter Ording gehört dazu.
Zudem gibt es auch in diesem Jahr wieder den beliebten Publikumspreis, der im Rahmen der Swiss Arc Award Night am 23. Oktober verliehen wird. Die Online-Abstimmung dazu hat bereits begonnen. Bis zum 19. August entscheidet sich, wer in diesem Jahr den «Award der Herzen» entgegennehmen darf.

Wir freuen uns gemeinsam mit Atelier Loidl Landschaftsarchitekten über die erhaltene Auszeichnung für unseren Wettbewerbsbeitrag „Innovationszentrum Sto in Stühlingen-Weizen“!
Das «Werkquartier» an der Oberen Zollgasse ist eines der zentralen Entwicklungs- und Verdichtungsgebiete der Gemeinde. Zielsetzung ist, das «Arbeitsgebiet weiterzuentwickeln und zu erneuern». Der dazu durchgeführte Projektwettbewerb ist abgeschlossen. Das Projekt «Stadthybrid» von Holzer Kobler Architekturen GmbH, Zürich und YEWO Landscapes GmbH, Wien wurde vom Preisgericht mit dem ersten Rang ausgezeichnet. Es überzeugt insbesondere durch einen nachhaltigen Umgang mit der bestehenden Liegenschaft «Intersport» und der stringenten Weiterentwicklung des Gesamtareals.

In the residential area of the Cité Foch (Reinickendorf district) – in the former French sector of Berlin – family housing will be created in a modular construction based on the new development plan. The design sets encounter, openness, and interchange as the central premise for an active neighbourhood with an identity-forming character. This is achieved by way of courtyard-like structures, smaller "pocket parks" and varying building volumes.
In the presence of the Lord Mayor of the Hanseatic City of Rostock, the press conference on the jury's decision in the competition for the Rostock City Harbour took place in the open air, May 21, 2021.

Speaking Shell, the cooperation project with Sinai Landschaftsarchitekten, wins 1st prize in the competition for the visitor center for the Old Jewish Cemetery "auf dem Judensand“.
The project "Dreieck Bahnhof-Bernstrasse-Kreuzstrasse" in Zollikofen is a prerequisite for a new, active and mixed district by way of developing and increasing the density of the area. Its architectural concept with its various possible usages promises comfortable living, room for retreat, work, living and meeting spaces.
The project "En vacances" creates new, attractive residential properties for a multifaceted clientele in Oberuzwil. The layout of the buildings is so designed as to create a communal, park-like outdoor area that corresponds to the 39 spacious apartments, almost all of which are directed towards the southerly, sunny garden side.
Holzer Kobler Architekturen has recently won the 1st prize for the restructuring of the South Centre in Adliswil near Zurich. The "Baumgarten" development project is to ring in the transformation of the architectural structure of the site. The master plan combines various properties and replaces a number of buildings with a novel courtyard-design and district development linking commercial and residential units in the lower to medium price segment.
