The project INSIDE Boutique Center has made it among the finalists for the Architizer A+Awards for the Shopping Center category. There will be two awards: The Jury Award and the Popular Choice Award. The online public chooses the latter — all support is much appreciated!

As part of their Curated Studies program, professor Barbara Holzer and Tanja Kullack have gathered in collaboration with IBA Thuringia during winter semester 2017/18 more than 120 students of Peter Behrens School of Arts (PBSA) in the town of Apolda. The state of Thuringia presents the thinking space called "STADTLAND" for the studios.
Construction works at LimmatSpot site are in full swing and the future urban layout with approximately 200 flats, abundant retail and service sectors, and a multiplex cinema with 2'100 seats already foreshadows. The shell of the 17-storey residential tower is about to be finished; facades and interior fitting of the other buildings are progressing, too. The site’s completion is scheduled for spring 2019.
