Simone Haar

Simone Haar, born in Frankfurt am Main, Germany, is partner and head of the design department at Holzer Kobler Architekturen. After obtaining her architecture diploma at the Politecnico in Milano and the Technische Universität in Dresden in 2003 she started working with Barbara Holzer and Tristan Kobler in Zurich. Simone is responsible for various international architecture and scenography projects, such as the exhibition at the Military History Museum in Dresden in exchange with Daniel Libeskind, the exhibition GRIMMWELT Kassel or Sasso San Gottardo at the Gotthard Pass in Switzerland. In her works the multifaceted aspects and cultural impact of architecture and scenography play a central role. Simone Haar taught at the ETH Zurich and is frequently holding lectures.
