Date:
Friday, April 27, 2018 - 10:00Gender and violence have always had a complex and often unsettling relationship. There is a persistence in attributing war with the masculine, peace with the feminine. A special exhibition at Military History Museum examines the phenomenon from unexpected angles and challenges established notions.
The installation "targeted interventions" conquers the museum’s yard for the time of the exhibition: Contemporary artists present their positions regarding the interplay of violence and gender.
The exhibition is shown from April 27 to October 30, 2018.
